What we say

BIRDSEYE Potato Gems are 92% potato, and only contain a moderate amount of fat and salt. In addition they've used Canola oil which means the saturated fat content is minimal. To maintain this moderate fat status make sure you choose the cooking options that don't require additional fat, such as baking or grilling. And don't be tempted to add salt, or fry in oil as per a couple of the on-pack suggestions.

Serve Potato Gems up with some grilled fish and a green salad as a healthy fish and chips alternative for your child.
