GOULBURN VALLEY Two Fruits Diced is at least 52% chopped pears and peaches packed in pear and apple juice. The sugar content is moderate and there's no added sugar, so it's all from the fruit and fruit juice.
One 140g tub has less than four teaspoons of sugar which is less sugar than many other sweet snacks. Compared to fruit purees, diced fruit pieces have more fibre but it's still not as much fibre as you'd get in a whole peach or pear.
GOULBURN VALLEY Two Fruits Diced is a convenient lunchbox snack, and compared to most sweet snacks it's a healthy choice, too. It's better that your child has a tub of diced fruit than no fruit at all but bear in mind that they'll be missing out on the goodness of fibre that they'd get from a piece of fresh fruit. Health experts say we should be all be eating two serves of fruit each day.
