What we say

HEALTHERIES Kidscare Rice Wheels are pretty good as far as snacks go - the main drawback is that they're quite salty. They come in small (just 18g) lunchbox-sized packs, but one pack still contains just around 9% of the upper level of daily sodium intake acceptable for an eight-year-old. So don't let your kids use the small portion size as an excuse to scoff down more than one pack a day!

Additives listed: Anti-Caking agent (551), Emulsifier (339), Mineral salt (331), Thickeners (414, 415), Antioxidant (307).
