HEINZ Spaghetti + Calcium Extra Cheesy

  Nutrients per 100g How much?
HEINZ Spaghetti + Calcium Extra Cheesy
Total fat 0.5 g A little A little
Saturated fat 0.2 g A little A little
Sugars 3.2 g A little A little
Sodium 330 mg OK OK

What we say

HEINZ Spaghetti + Calcium contains 25% of the recommended dietary intake of calcium in a 210g serve. But the same serve will provide almost half the upper level of daily sodium intake acceptable for an eight-year-old. So if it's calcium you're after for your child, you're better off giving them a cup of low-fat milk.

But if it's a quick, low in fat meal that you're after then HEINZ Spaghetti - teamed with a slice or two of wholemeal toast - is a reasonable option. The added calcium is just a bonus.
