What we say

KELLOGG'S Coco Pops Coco Rocks are new to the market and are a healthier version of regular Coco Pops. They're made from wholegrain wheat flour rather than whole white rice so they have more fibre (8.1%) than KELLOGG'S Coco Pops (1.2%).

KELLOGG'S Coco Pops Coco Rocks have less sodium (salt) than KELLOGG'S Coco Pops but they aren't low in salt. And KELLOGG'S Coco Pops Coco Rocks also have slightly less sugar but they're still high in sugar (30.5%).

The high sugar content means they're still not something that kids should be eating everyday but if you're after an occasional chocolatey breakfast treat then they'll at least be getting some fibre.

Additived listed: Calcium carbonate (170).
