What we say

There's an old saying about some breakfast cereals that says "you're better off eating the box". KELLOGG'S Rice Bubbles fall into that category. They might not have the lowest fibre content of all the kids' cereals but with a meagre 1.1% fibre, they're among the worst. (A good kids' cereal should be no less that 5% fibre or 5g of fibre per 100g).

On top of that KELLOGG'S Rice Bubbles are high in sodium (salt), though you wouldn't know it because they don't taste salty.

Like many breakfast cereals, the KELLOGG'S Rice Bubbles box draws attention to the presence of vitamins and minerals, but adding vitamins and minerals doesn't make this a healthy everyday cereal for kids.

Additives listed: none.
