What we say

LOWAN Honey O's has had a makeover. And it's not just the packaging. The new recipe is lower in sugar and salt, and it's now 55% whole grain, with more than double its former fibre content.

It has changed from a cereal we have previously highlighted as being short on fibre and extremely sugary, to one we'd include in a list of best cereals nutritionally of those specifically targeted at children. Many other cereals are still a better choice for eating every day (ones that are even less sugary, and with more fibre) but it's still good news on the kid's cereals front. Well done LOWAN.
