What we say

These SAKATA plain rice crackers are low in fat and sugar and are a reasonably healthy alternative to some of the fattier biscuits. They still have a moderate amount of sodium (salt) but it's lower than many other biscuits and savoury snacks.

A handful of SAKATA plain rice crackers with some cheese or hummus would make a healthier alternative to some of the pre-packaged biscuit snacks available.

But don't assume that all rice crackers make a healthier alternative. SAKATA Classic BBQ rice crackers have more significantly more fat (7.3g per 100g) and salt (716mg of sodium per 100g) than the plain SAKATA rice crackers.

Additives listed: none.
