What we say

SANITARIUM Smooth Peanut Butter is more than 50% fat. The good news is that around half the fat in peanut butter comes from healthy monounsaturated fats, which won't raise cholesterol levels like saturated fats.

SANITARIUM Peanut Butter is also low in salt - KRAFT Peanut Butter is 25 times saltier - so while the lower salt content may take a little getting used to, it's a better option if your kids love to eat peanut butter every day. Try spreading it on its own without butter or margarine, as these add to the salt and fat content.

Additives listed: none.
