Most kids love chicken nuggets. STEGGLES Dinosnacks (and their counterpart STEGGLES Fairysnacks) - chicken portions coated with batter (tempura-style) rather than breadcrumbs - are a variation on the theme. They contain 30% less fat and less salt than regular STEGGLES Chicken Nuggets. But as the pack points out, that's only if you don't deep-fry them.
STEGGLES Dinosnacks are 'made with 100% chicken breast' (according to the label) but they're still only 60% chicken, so skin-free chicken breast would be a better option. But as a convenient, occasional meal - and if you serve them with vegetables - you could do a lot worse.
