What we say

Wholemeal and multigrain breads are a healthier choice than white bread because they are high in fibre. TIP TOP SUNBLEST Wholesome Wholemeal bread has twice the fibre of TIP TOP SUNBLEST Soft White bread. It's also low in fat and sugar but like most breads TIP TOP SUNBLEST Wholesome Wholemeal bread has a moderate amount of sodium (salt).

TIP TOP SUNBLEST Wholesome Wholemeal is a healthy choice for toast and sandwiches. But what you put on it counts. For toast, use a salt-reduced margarine and spread toppings such as jam and peanut butter thinly.  Fill sandwiches with salad vegetables to boost fibre, and use lean meats and reduced fat cheese.

Experimenting with different types of breads (e.g. rolls, wraps, turkish bread) and fillings will also make lunchtime a little more interesting.

Additives listed: Emulsifiers (481, 472e, 471).
