Join our global campaign to end junk food marketing to kids and tell us how it affects you.
WHOLE KIDS Sultanas are certified organic, but - like any dried fruit - are high in sugar. Drying fruit removes its water content, resulting in concentrated fruit sugars. Dried fruit still has the benefit of fibre but it can stick to children's teeth and contribute to tooth decay, so it's best eaten occasionally or as part of a meal.
